Refund and Exchange Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel for an exchange or refund within seven working days excluding Saturdays,Sundays and Bank Holidays. Items returned must be in the condition they were received, unworn, unused, with swing ticket attached and with its original package.

Please complete all details on the returns form including the returns code. We will be happy to exchange goods returned outside the seven working days up to 14 days only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations on Custom Made Orders already produced and not yet shipped to the customer will incur a non-refundable fee of £20 towards administrative costs.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING ARE DIRECT COSTS AND NOT REFUNDED

We are not held responsible for returned items which may be lost or damaged in the Post.IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU OBTAIN a trackable receipt from the Post Office when goods are returned.

Refunded items will be re credited to the purchasers credit card or refund cheques issued less the postal costs. This can take up to 3 weeks to process from receipt of the item. Customs duties and taxes may apply to outside the UK.
