Our friendly customer services will be delighted to answer any queries which you may have. To save you time and a phone call, listed below are frequently asked questions.How do I return an item for exchange or refund?
The returns form in your order package should be completed including the returns code which you should receive by either emailing returns@bjornandme.com or telephone 01474 365636 during office hours. Items returned should be unworn, unused and returned in original condition with the original package within seven working days from day after delivery date.
Do I have to pay returns postage?
Postage and Packaging are direct costs therefore you are required to pay for the return of your item. We do not offer free returns to the CHANNEL ISLES. Please contact us within seven working days to cancel your order. Goods returned after seven working days will be subject to exchange only up to 14 days from day after delivery date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I have been sent a damaged/incorrect item.
Please return the goods using the returns form. Complete the enclosed form explaining the reason for returns.
I have returned an item for refund but had no response.
Please allow at least two weeks for your refund to be processed. Credit card refunds can be seen on your bank statement and refund cheques will be sent in the mail.
Delivery information within the UK up to 30KG
Deliveries are made from Mondays to Fridays. Please place your order by 14:00 for two working days delivery.

Local import duties may be charged at port of entry and local import taxes may be payable upon receipt.
Cancellations on Special Orders which have already been processed prior to shipping the goods to the customer will incur £20 non-refundable fee towards administrative costs.

Your secure payment is made via WorldPay. We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Solo, JCB, American Express and Cheques. For telephone or fax orders, please provide credit or debit card details including expiry date and card issue number (Switch).
