Refund and Exchange Policies
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel for an exchange or refund within seven working days from the day after receipt. Items returned must be in the condition they were received, unworn, unused, with swing ticket attached and with its original package.
Please contact us in writing prior to returns AT sales@bjornandme.com to obtain a returns code or by FAX on 01474 535492 or write to us at Bjorn and Me Limited, 2 Falcon Mews, Vale Road, Northfleet, Kent DA11 8BW. Please note for any cancellation within 72 hours of Internet or Phone Orders already processed or currently being processed and prior to shipping there will be a non-refundable fee of £50 towards administrative costs.
Please note that if a dress has been made to order in accordance with your measurements, or if a dress has been altered in any way, we are unable to exchange or provide a refund (except in the case of a dress made to order for you where there is a pre-existing manufacturer's defect in the dress). Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your gown before agreeing to any alterations as this will void the exchange/return policy.
Please complete all details on the returns form including the returns code. We will be happy to offer an exchange of goods returned outside the seven working days up to 14 days only. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE ONCE DURING THIS PERIOD. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAGE COSTS FOR FURTHER EXCHANGES AFTER THIS PERIOD. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are not held responsible for returned items which may be lost or damaged in the Post.IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU OBTAIN a trackable receipt from the Post Office when goods are returned.
Refunded items will be re credited to the purchasers credit/debit card or refund cheques issued within 2 weeks from receipt of the item. Customs duties and taxes may apply to outside the UK.
